Since you not only are missing the information how to connect the 89C51 to the MAX232 but also how to connect the MAX232 to a D-Sub connector, you most definitely haven't spent a single minute looking for information yourself. Finding out how to connect the 89C51 to the MAX232 shouldn't take many minutes more.

I have 5 89c51 one is master and other 4 are slave. Mater can communicate with PC through serial port and Master can be communicating with other 4 89c51.Basically I am using 4 slave for expansion of IO pins.I an not understanding that when Master communication with PC how is communication with slave because Tx and Rx is connected with MAX-232.

AT24Cxx Serial EEPROMs have 2-wire I2C interface. This is not good choice for AT89C51 to communicate with such way due you should write software emulated I2C protocol.

Hi, I am doing a project using 89c51.I hav to activate a motor using a relay and enable reverse relay wen reached end limit.At the same time ll hav to regularly scan three inputs and depending on it activate a voice informer. I wud like to simulate all of this using a simulator , so i need som help on simulation.

thanks dear for your reply, i have designed the circuit, from which i am geting the count different of about 5 to 10. i require 5 lakh count from ADC. i have used amplifier with 20 gain. now my input to the amplifier is about 2 to 5 mVolt. if i increase the gain noise problem comes and my count starts running. so can u help me to find a way to get 5 lakh count. waiting for ur reply....
