2010年2月22日 · 883 Iron,,Is a low model, one up riding and not too big of a person will be cool,,I read that sportsters were developed with a 5'7' rider as an average. I'm 6' 195 lbs and I'm on a 08 XL1200R not a "low" model an It Fits me just fine.

2009年12月22日 · Torque 883 55 ft lbs @3500 rpm,,,1200 79 ft lbs @4000 rpm The other thing is the 883 is geared a bit lower so If ya ever wanna cruze on the big road with the Big Harleys the 883 is gonna wind tighter. my 1200 turns about 3500 rpm at 75 mph,,,with my simple math the 883 turns bout 4000(I think).

I was planning on installing BST carbon fiber rims, and adding the 1200 cc kit, and I already have V&H pipes, heavy duty intake from D&M, and dino tune from screaming eagle. Any advice?

2010年5月14日 · So if the bars are the same, I will likely try the Nightster in lieu of the 883 Iron. And BTW, the conversion kit the dealer was talking about was a Screamin' Eagle 883 to 1200 Stage 1 Conversion Kit, which does not bore out the existing head, but replaces it all.

2019年4月16日 · Even if not a riser, there has to be a set of handlebars that work on the stock Iron 883 that brings the bars back just enough and doesn't require new lines being run. I'd think that if people did have to replace lines each time they decided to replace the stock handlebars that they'd revolt at the costs involved, even if you DIY.

2016年4月28日 · Like Chasarms suggested just get slip-on mufflers. That's the quickest and easiest way to make your bike sound better. There are tons of good brands out there that make slip ons, personally I prefer Vance & Hines. You can also get Harley Street Cannon Slip-on Mufflers. They're not too much money and look nice on the 883.
