Food-wise I just count calories and I try to get 100g of protein per day minimum and (less successfully) try to eat max 100g of carbs per day.

2016年8月7日 · Don't try to superbulk your way to 85kg and cut to 80kg, because you'll still have a lot of fat and you won't look lean. I'd work more towards a bulk-cut-bulk-cut routine then, which might suck, but I think is going to get better results.

Which means you use Rep Ranges of 2-4 with 90kg maybe try 85kg First and then you do 3 sets of it with a lot of rest inbetween. Do it for 3 weeks and you will Bench 90 for 6 times maybe aswell. Strength is different then hypertrophy and obviously only focused on hypertrophy even more when you do even more volume.
