2022年9月25日 · I always use the 1982 wiring diagrams for my '81. They are laid out in a less confusing manner. Also, be aware the 1981 CJ models had both a 49-state version, Canadian version, and a California version.

2019年9月7日 · Your '81 CJ5 came stock with a Dana 30 front axle (1972-1983) and an AMC model 20 rear axle ('76 and up) with 2 piece axles - axle & hub.

2014年3月10日 · T-5 in a 81 CJ-5 would make for a very short rear drive shaft. I thought CJ-5's came with T-176/T-177 but I could be wrong. I got a T-177 out of a 81 CJ-5 with 258. You could re-check the trans to make sure of what you have.
