Dial 800-463-3339 for customer service. After you hear the automated voice, say "main menu," then say "technical assistance," then say "more options," then say "something else." That is the only way I got through to an actual person. Took over half an hour to figure it out.

I just answered their call and it’s the same recording that they leave on voicemail. I wanted to laugh at a human but sadly it was just a recording. I have 800+ credit score and zero outstanding debts from ever.

Due to this generation of members being the last generation, this gang will likely cease to exist once this generation moves on.

This (800) number looks like the same as from Walmart, I don’t know how they can make their phone number like that. So I believe it was Walmart called me. The man talking in the phone acted like a Walmart customer service guy.
