2020年11月23日 · Yes, you can use the 7M-GE electronics on a 2JZ-GE but some changes needed to be made. Also, part of the reason why a 2JZ-GE is better is because of the 2JZ-GE's superior ECU and better wiring etc, and keeping the old 7M-GE wiring and ECU is introducing a pretty big wildcard into the 2JZ-GE's 'better'-ness.

2022年1月24日 · The 2JZ-GE is physically longer than the 7M so there isn't really an abundance of extra space to move the engine back 1in. I would simply cut and weld the shifter lever to suit so you've got some space behind the engine.

2010年4月4日 · Simply put, 2JZ is a "powerhouse" but... if you look at it this way; If you can't afford to pay someone to do the swap, it's pointless to go 2JZ. You will get the same power and reliablity out of a 7M with the money it took for the swap and whatever mods you have done to it.

2009年6月18日 · If you look at the 1jz ports (intake) vs the 2jz, you'll see why the velocity is higher. The ports are smaller and with smaller ports you'll have higher velocity with similar flow (lower lifts). But of course with a smaller port and you run out of flow faster then the larger.
