2009年8月25日 · '74 GTO trim codes used the 500 series. That was the only year they used this series. '64 - '73 used the 200 series, but, there was never a 203 code in any year. I see 2 codes for red only for '74, 568 and 550. If it was plaid, for instance, that used multiple colors including red, those were other codes. The closest thing I see is 503.

2015年11月15日 · My take: REAL '74 GTO's don't bring real money, not even now. I've seen 4 of them in the past couple of years from $600 to $4500, with the 4k cars decent drivers. One was a 3 speed stick car, and red. They are rare, but they ARE out there. IMO, the unloved '74 is a true GTO: a light car with a big engine, stripped of whistles and bells.

2016年7月7日 · Having driven several bone stock '74 GTO's, sorry, can't see anything other than the weight similarity. The straight line performance comparison with a '64 GTO isnt that close. Unless the '64 was a heavy convertible, saddled with the base 4bbl engine and two speed automatic, the '64 should easily put quite a few car lengths on a '74.
