2024年4月9日 · Just bought my new to me 68 Charger. The front has been converted to disc and rear is still drums. When I got the car delivered today the right rear drum seems like its stuck, and the brake pedal is hard with very little travel. What could cause this? Maybe air in the line and adjust the rear drums? View attachment 1643566

2022年10月4日 · Putting subframe connectors in my '68 Charger over the winter.. Have a 1 1/8 front sway bar now and it helped the car a lot. I installed all new suspension front and rear this year, but I'm thinking about a 3/4 rear sway bar for it.

2013年8月15日 · If you're looking to clone a 68 to a 70 you'll need the front bumper, grill and brackets, fenders, hood, and valence. Quarter panels modded to change marker light and tail panel swapped to a 69/70 version. There is a small bracket that the rear portion of the front wheel opening bolts to, that is different 68/69 and 70.

2019年1月18日 · It would attach to the bottom of the fender headlamp bucket area down to the rear edge of the valance to keep mud/water off of the lower front turn signal. I have the front end apart on my 68 having the grill and bumpers done and it seems like something is missing here. I've called Detroit muscle technology and they say nothing goes here.

2015年12月21日 · In 68 were 15 inch wheels standard on an R/T Charger or an option? Seen a 68 R/T that had the road wheels on it but they were 14's. The car was said to be original. I know a lot of cars in the mid to late 60's were still running 14's.

2013年6月10日 · I ordered a full stock reproduction wiring harness for my 1968 charger from year one and wondering if anyone makes a quality, easy to read wiring diagram. Im goin with a totally stock setup just wanna eliminate the ammetter gauge, wanna switch it over to a voltmeter( not sure how) and goin with an h4 headlight conversion harness from year one also.

2020年11月24日 · A couple of things. In the price class layout, you should remove "Swinger" from the Low Class as the Swinger did not appear until 1969. Also "X-Charger 500 (late '69)" should be in 1969. Should also remove "Duster" as the first Duster was in 1970. New Stanton, PA, assembly plant was never finished and thus never used.
