There’s 3 variants and usually it’s described as the first 2 you relate to, so in my case, I would be a sx/sp type 5. The issue here seems to be more about bad descriptions of 5w6 than of 5w4. As I've said before, many descriptions of 5w6 are actually describing 6w5 (or even just 6 in general).
