Nov 9, 2020 · 2-FA has little serotonin action, but 4-HO-MET is, as well as 6-APB (it is quite serotonergic, probably as much if not more than 4-FA), and 3-MMC is also quite serotonergic, and not sure about 4-CMC but I bet it is to some extent, too. Sounds dangerous... that's too many drugs all together.

May 2, 2012 · I think with repeated dosing 4-MMC, 4-CMC, and 4-BMC are all neurotoxic. The duration of interaction of p-CA with SERT seems to play an important role in the degree of neurotoxicity, 3-chloroamphetamine which is metabolised via para-hydroxylation is less neurotoxic than PCA unless one blocks para-hydroxylation.

Nov 27, 2006 · 4-chloromethcathinone (4-CMC) and 4-bromomethcathinone both could be potent neurotoxins since 4-Chloroamphetamine and 4-Bromoamphetamine are, they might not be, but I don't think the experiences are good enough to warrant risking finding out.

Jul 24, 2021 · Both 3-CMC and 4-CMC are out but I haven't tried them. Honestly I don't know if i want to knowing that 4-CA is used to study serotonin neurotoxicity. I thought 4-FMC (flephedrone) was pretty good. Not quite as good as 3-MMC or 4-MMC, but closer than most other things.

So the combo is definitely better than 3-FEA on it's own but of course most don't like combining RC's but just making the point there are different "types" of rolls and the 3-FEA is definitely distinct to a certain ...
