2011年6月24日 · Can anyone comment on mixing 4-AcO-DMT + MDMA, and/or 4-AcO-DMT + "ecstasy"? May have the chance to get either MDMA or "e" next week (not sure, so please comment on both bc I know e contains more than just MDMA) and am interested in trying this combo with a good friend. I have a lot of experience with 4-AcO, taking doses up to 60mg.

2014年3月3日 · More relevant to this particular trip I have done a few different tryptamines (LSD, Shrooms, 4-HO-DiPT, 4-AcO-DMT, 4-HO-MiPT, and 5-MeO-DMT) probably 50+ times total between them. I’ve also done quite a few phenylethylamines (MDMA, MDA, 2C-B, 2C-E, 2C-I, 25I-NBOMe, and methallylescaline) with probably close to 100 trips/rolls on those.

2006年6月11日 · 4-Aco-dmt is an ester of psilocin just like psilocybin, esters and salts of esters are specifically mentioned in the CSA. For example, The various fentanyls are for the most part esters of the same chemical, though it is inactive on its own.

2015年5月20日 · If I were doing this in the lab, I'd dissolve the 4-AcO-DMT fumarate in a minimum amount of water, add a solution of a base (either sodium carbonate or ammonium hydroxide) dropwise with stirring until the pH is alkaline and no precipitates are visible, then add dichloromethane or other nonpolar solvent to dissolve the freebase and seperate it out.

2000年10月15日 · I ate 3 gummies and it’s about equal to 15mg 4-aco-dmt. I would bet money that an analysis would show each gummy has 5mg. Just seems like information that should be public - it’s definitely not real Amanita compounds. The ingredient list is bullshit.

I have used 4-aco-dmt in the past and love it but have yet to try a psychedelic while on an ssri and was wondering if it will lower the effects felt and if I will need to take more to reach the desired effect.

2011年1月9日 · Imo 4-Aco-DMT and psilocin are nearly the same, or at least 4-Aco-DMT and psilocybe cubensis that i have tried many times. Contrary to what is said i find 4-ho-Mipt to give far superior OEVs at normal/high dosages. 4-ho-Mipt is more easy and euphoric, but it also lack the depth of psilocin.
