How is the 3x+1 problem still unsolved? : r/mathematics - Reddit
2023年2月18日 · This * The 3x+1 Conjecture* is important to remember the specific rules in place that keep a natural number (immediately removing the infinite amount of points between, say, 1 and 2… and how it can be divided in half forever, infinitely) and also divide by 2 when even. It may seem impossible to believe no one can solve 3x+1.. but that’s a ...
visual guide for: x3/x3 + 1 : r/lostarkgame - Reddit
In a fight where you have a mechanic that needs 8 separate directions you'd use 3x/3x+1. This post isn't explaining the Argos safes pots, it's explaining and giving a visual to what an 8 directional mechanic would look like using 3x/3x+1.
The 3x + 1 Problem : r/Python - Reddit
2021年7月31日 · The 3x+1 problem concerns an iterated function and the question of whether it always reaches 1 when starting from any positive integer. It is also known as the Collatz problem or the hailstone problem.
Can someone explain the 3x (+1) position system for alaric?
2022年3月25日 · Normally, the rule is "3X" if you're in a 4man content, it's party 2 that gets the "3X+1" math. The "+1" is meant to put party 2 members in between party 1 members on the circle. Assuming the battlefield is a 12hr clockface (3 o'clock, 6 o'clock, etc) , X is equal to your Party Member Number.
Why is 3x+1 the simplest question that no one can solve
2021年10月31日 · Basically, doing 3x+1 on an odd number will always create a larger even number, whereas doing x/2 on an even number will create a number that is smaller, but may either be odd or even. So on average, you will have fewer 3x+1 operations than x/2 operations, but those operations come with a larger step in size. Which means there is no obvious ...
Aimpoint Magnifiers: 3X-C vs 3XMag-1 : r/ar15 - Reddit
2022年11月22日 · The 3X-C can be found priced at ~$307. The 3XMag-1 is priced at ~$860. It looks like the main/only differences are better eye relief and extra diopter settings (-3 to +3 vs -2 to +2) on the 3XMag-1. Add that Aimpoint claims the 3X-C is rated commercial grade vs the 3XMag-1 is rated military grade.
I figured out 3x+1 : r/mathematics - Reddit
2021年8月3日 · 3x+1=y will only ever be used if x=odd. This can be represented as x=2n-1. 3(2n-1)+1=6n-3+1=6n-2 =2️⃣(3n-1) The following number is always even. This means we can immediately divide by 2. y=(3x+1)/2 =(3/2)x+½ (3/2)x+½=y is a "2 Step" equation. It moves "x" to a new path (3x+1), then it devides it in half (x/2).

Why is Collatz conjecture (3x +1) even a problem? : r/askmath
2021年8月7日 · The conjecture is that no matter what value of n, the sequence will always reach 1. The problem is considered unresolved. The problem is considered unresolved. If we apply some probabilistic heuristic and consider only the odd numbers in the sequence generated by the Collatz process, then each odd number is on average 3/4 of the previous one.
Pros of a 1x drivetrain VS 3x one : r/MTB - Reddit
2021年2月28日 · A 1X drivetrain has wider gaps between gear ratios. The narrower ratio between gears of a 3X system results in you pedal/spin cadence changing less when you shift gears. You will notice this on your first ride of a 1X bike ... and adapt to it very quickly. For me it was 2 or 3 rides and stopped thinking about it entirely.
