2019年9月13日 · It's been tricked out a little with a ported head and a 24mm carb with a NOS system for fun. Has an 18 amp alternator and all led lighting. I run 25" Afterburner street tires by GB and 8 to 1 gear ratio transaxle. Has 4 wheel hydraulic disc brakes and E brake. Runs 30-35 mph at 36-3800 rpm and a top speed of 44-45 mph.

I would double check which controller your cart has. Post a photo of the black data plate behind the brake pedal. The carts with the Toyota neos controllers can be programmed to 35 mph. The speedometers are 2-4 mph high from the factory. The calibration of the speedometer can also be adjusted in the software to read actual speed.

2010年11月5日 · You are definitely going to need 48v to get to 25 mph in a series cart. And I would go with a bigger controller too. Maybe bigger cables too. Once you build a strong enough system you could go with the high speed gears and push on up around 30mph There is a very big difference in system requirements between a target speed of 25 and 35 mph....

2024年2月5日 · Yea you won't get 35 mph with the stock controller and DC motor. At 24 mph, you are already hitting the upper limits. For more capacity, you could add more ezgo cell modules, they are plug and play, but expensive. Replacing the factory lithium battery with something else means the controller won't have can bus communications to the battery.

Good part is I have the DOT approved Steel belt tires more meant for higher speed vs standard tires. At 30 mph right now it is pretty stable vs the stock ones.
