2009年4月25日 · The reamers for the ".30 AR-15" (later re-named 30BPC) are available from David Kiff at Pacific Tool and Guage. You need to specify either the bolt gun "match" reamer or the Gas Gun reamer when ordering. Jense Precision is experienced and excellent at building and testing the .30 AR-15. For those interested, I'd start with Jense Precision first.

2024年6月13日 · After 8000 rds the 26" barrel was removed...cut off the chamber area, shortened the barrel to 19" and made an AR 15, chambered it for 30 RAR out of the heavily used 308 bolt barrel. And it shoots great, as most of the firecracking has be cut out...ready for another 8000rds, on this old barrel.

2024年3月20日 · Total cost was $340 including the reamer, for the Remington 30 AR cartridge, long time out of production. So now instead of a 308 boltgun, it's an AR 15 in 30 RAR. That shoots 1/2" 5 shot groups...the factory Remington barrel on its way to 16,000 rds. It's Shooting very accurately with the exact same bullets it liked when it was a 308.

2023年3月6日 · While I build no lube forming dies to take 30-06 to 8.6 Blk. Or run 155s to 2900 fps in a 16" AR 10, 2870 fps good for 155 Palma. Or 2674 fps for 200 SMK in 18" AR 10. I built 8 308s from 16" to 30" in various twists, even built a 30 RAR in AR 15 from a used blank, profile, chamber, install barrel extension, determine type and drill gas port.

2023年9月17日 · We were able to increase the OAL to 2.30 with the .350 Legend parent case, and magazine, which were originally designed for the AR-15, and function flawlessly. With the OAL set at 2.30 for all bullets 55 gr to 100 gr, we were able to keep bullet jump relatively consistent for the inherent accuracy across all bullet weights.
