I saw an ad for a gel cushion which is sold under a variety of brand names and is very reasonably priced. The photo is the one I bought on Amazon. Buy the smallest size. It fits almost perfectly on the C2 seat.

I compare it to the ComfiLife Orthopaedic Cushion that people also use most but it is specific to rowing machines. Unfortunately, the ComfiLife cushion is a bit larger and this has caused discomfort to some while using it.
