2010年3月8日 · Basically from the trans back it is a ls swap from V8 Roadsters. For the adapter to the 2jz I used Grannas Racing t56 to 2jz swap kit. Nice thing is the tremec magnum stock shifter location comes within a couple inches of the stock miata shifter hole. Engine: My 2jz started life as a Aristo vvti engine with around 46km on it.

2003年2月13日 · I'd prefer the RB26-DETT over the 2JZ-GTE if given the option. The engines are quite similar in specs, both iron-block inline-6s with 86mm bores. The Supra's added displacement comes from an extra 12.4mm of stroke.

2010年3月8日 · Alright miata pros, I've done a regular 1.6 miata motor swap. I've done turbo setup with link engine management on my 1992 miata. What is needed for an i6 2jz swap? My understanding is that you need: *cheap sc300 should have most of the parts *custom mounts *custom steering rack? *custom drive shaft? what else needs to be done?

2019年1月17日 · Hey guys, so in the future I'm planning to try to pack an atomatic 2JZ-GTE into a 1991 NA Miata. I know the problem with pricing and weight that would be the normal down sides to swapping a 1.6 to a 2jz but this miata is going to more of a show car and hopefully the weight balance would be countered by the wing and air lift kit that will be going in the trunk.
