After a 2C-I dosing I noticed that I would get "Anisocoria" (one pupil fully constricted, the other fully dilated) to the extent it rightfully scared me and I discarded all 2C compounds.

Jan 18, 2012 · Acid is longer than 2C-I, although the initial onset and come up are much quicker than 2C-I and comedown longer. 2C-I usually hits in full force a couple of hours after administration (oral) and acid tends to kick in sooner than that. Acid is much deeper than 2C-I. He is able to think, talk, and function in general better on 2C-I than on acid.

Jul 12, 2005 · Firstly Nagognog2 hinted towards one highly possible reason to 2c-i causing headaches and that is vasodilation. increases in serotonin cause vasoconstriction (shrinking the blood cells) and 2c-i creates its action and once it wears off the serotonin levels drop quite a bit causing vasodilation which is likely responsible for the leftover headache.
