In competitive games, FPS matters because you are technically able to send commands to the game/server faster than someone with a lower (but still playable) framerate. From your example, 150 fps means you can send a command once every 0.007 seconds whereas 130 fps wpuld be every 0.008 seconds.

<20 FPS: Something has clearly gone horribly wrong, restart program. 20-29 FPS: Painful, would consider this "lag." 30 FPS: Annoying but tolerable for short periods of time. 31-39: Slightly less annoying than 30 and can tolerate it for a little longer. 40-49: The lowest framerate I'm OK with having for 2+ minutes.

The on screen FPS is around 26-30 at most but the 99% pinned FPS reported is around 20 FPS -- On the LOWEST settings at 50% rendering @ 1080p. The game starts fine and within a few seconds, it gets absolutely laggy / frame drops / stutters / jumps making it impossible to play.

2021年9月22日 · So for some reason nomatter what the Warzone graphics settings are set to im getting 17-20 fps. Something is definately wrong here, the difference from setting high settings at 1440p to 720p low settings makes literally zero difference.
