You can also raise a fault on BT.com via this link. If you're asked to key in a telephone number ignore the message and the call will be routed to an advisor.

Jan 3, 2025 · If you ring 0800 800 151. You should get a prompt asking which number you are calling about. That will normally fail if you are calling from your own line, and are a BT customer. Calling from another non BT line, or from a phone box, should give the prompt for the number, but things may have changed.
