2019年2月21日 · Our group ran 13th Age for the first time this weekend and we had a blast! Especially the final boss fight was tense - out of the three PC:s the barbarian was one failed death save away from dying, the rogue only had a few hit points left and in the end the equally wounded ranger brought down...
[RPG]: 13th Age, reviewed by Extrakun (5/5) | RPGnet Reviews
2013年6月18日 · It would be easier to adapt a 3.5 setting to 13th Age than to adapt a module/adventure. Adventures usually include some specific assumptions about mechanics that could be tricky to adapt. Also, 13th Age winks at how some of the icons have been inspired/imported from other settings, e.g. Archmage = Elminster, Lich King = Vecna.
[5E or 13th Age] Which is easier to run? Which is easier to play?
2015年6月1日 · The rules are easy and straightforward. 13th Age, while much simpler than 3e or 4e, is a strange fusion of traditional adventure game and artsy storygame, and so it will naturally be a little tougher to get your head around. Having said that, 13th Age is the more interesting of the two. By, like, an order of magnitude. I much prefer it.
What are all the official 13th Age books and expansions?
2020年4月14日 · In 13th Age there's a third possibility: a few classes are ultra-simple, and not everyone likes ultra-simple classes but would like to play something with that theme. Being ultra-simple doesn't make them bad, since they can keep up with other classes in performance, but some players will find them unengaging.
Tell Me of 13th Age | Dungeons & Dragons / Fantasy D20 Spotlight
2020年8月14日 · 13th Age is my favorite version of D&D. It's a fantasy heartbreaker, but a really solid one. One rule thing which I really like which hasn't been mentioned is how 13th Age does feats. Instead of a giant list of thousands, feats are attached to character abilities, which typically have three for the tiers of Adventurer, Champion, and Epic.

Some specific ideas I was wondering about include: - advantage/disadvantage
13th age: Tell me about living dungeons... | Dungeons & Dragons ...
2016年2月4日 · There are a few mentions in the core rules and 13 True Ways, but Eyes of the Stone Thief gives the details on one of the oldest and meanest living dungeons. That said, there's no one-stop source for info on them, and in typical 13th Age fashion, there's no one true answer.

DCC adventures in 13th Age? | Dungeons & Dragons / Fantasy …
2024年9月17日 · DCC is much more OSR inclined than 13th age. So it's going to be tonally different. Kind of like Casino Royale 67 vs Casino Royale 06. Look for the big beats to make sure they match up, but 13th Age is going to be much more about being heroic, where DCC is about surviving. I'd make the rooms bigger so you can have big action set pieces.
