I do my best to drive as well as possible but I'm constantly penalised by the app. My smoothness is always 10/10 but my usage is generally around 3.2 out of 10, basically if you use the car, you'll be penelised for it. So far I've had three -10 out of 10 speeding warnings, the rest are 10/10.

If you can, try to book directly with the operator at the bus/train station as it will always be cheaper. 12go is useful for looking at times and places for departures, which makes it possible to then arrive early and book directly with the operator.
