Get a used card that is not used too much, change the gpu paste, clean it of dust and that's it.

2018年5月30日 · I'm running a GTX 1080Ti. Yes, my ambient is higher than normal at times due to summer heat but that doesn't seem to matter. I've had it crashed at load, at idle, and even with the screen turned off. Sometimes I can play for hours at load, other times I was just browsing chrome and it happened. Reverting to 466.77 seems to have fixed it.

2019年7月31日 · Had a similar issue when swapping out 760 with my 1080ti. I didnt de-install the invidia drivers before installing the1080ti out of being lazy. Stuff stomped all over itself. booted into safe mode with the 760 plugged back in, uninstalled anything invidia, rebooted and made sure to use the generic windows vga driver and not the nvidia on reboot.
