2017年11月28日 · That particular year, 03', RM250 had a couple of issues that really effected the way the bike ran stock. The first of which was the stock squish. It was huge, around 1.9 mm if I remember correctly. The squish needs to be corrected before you even go into the carb to fix what they have going on in there.

2007年4月6日 · You can try to defend the '03 RM250 all you want, but it was one of the worst years, PERIOD. And I'm a die hard Suzuki guy.... 1992 RM125 2001 RM125 2003 RM250 2004 RM250 2006 RM-Z450 2008 RM-Z450... out of those the '03 was absolute crap suspension-wise.

2021年8月14日 · ‘04-‘08 is the years I’ve owned. The ‘03 as mentioned, is a bastard year bike and parts are sometimes impossible to find. Although I didn’t have any issues on mine, the transmission gears are a weak link. I had a brand new set of tranny gears and sent them out for a hardening treatment.

2008年4月1日 · My 03 RM250 had a FMF SST on it, it was smooth and revved pretty high. I changed to a PC works pipe, and wow, what a difference. The PC pipe hit alot harder in the low mid and pulled harder into the topend. The SST revved higher, but the PC pipe allowed me to open the throttle and go, the SST was a hardpack type power.
