We do not have the min / max characterized for the ISS current at different values of Vss. As a generalization for modern LDO's we assume around 20% tolerance on all values that affect turn on, including the external soft start capacitor.

I'm assuming that those values basically mean that TCC adapts are disabled. Is there any benefit in enableing them (with values like Min=30 and Max=369, for example)?
