How To Use – SmarteX
Cut pipe square at 90° with the SmarteX cutting tool. STEP 2 & 3: Push pipe into fitting to a depth of 22 mm for a permanent fit. TO DISCONNECT: To disconnect, simply depress locking collar with the SmarteX disconnect tool, and pull out pipe.

SmarteX-PRESS fittings can be used with Type A or Type B copper pipe compliant with AS 1432. SmarteX-C fittings can be used with both hard drawn and annealed copper tubes. SmarteX-P fittings can be used with SmarteX PE-Xb pipe.
