When the party starts to failing, they see an ad on TV about "Party Pete", a man who can help make any party more exciting, and decide to call him. "Party Pete" contains examples of: Bait-and-Switch : Benson announces that Skips is in charge while he’s gone, which seems to suggest that Mordecai and Rigby's plan for a party are botched.
