2024年2月19日 · A Lisfranc injury is a tarsometatarsal fracture dislocation characterized by traumatic disruption between the articulation of the medial cuneiform and base of the second metatarsal. Diagnosis is confirmed by radiographs which may show widening of the interval between the 1st and 2nd ray.

Fifty patients who underwent surgical fixation of Lisfranc injuries over a 6-year period in 1 of 3 treatment arms were reviewed: trans-articular screw fixation alone, dorsal bridge plating alone or a combination of dorsal bridge and trans-articular screw fixation.
