2022年1月7日 · I have nearly completed the staircase, followed directions exactly, but can't fit the staircase between the first and second floor. The top bit goes into the hole, but then you can't slot in the bottom.

Use fine-tipped brushes for precise spackle application and fingernail files for detailed sanding. Use tacky glue for initial assembly and reinforce internal joints with wood glue.

One can only take so much!! The next step is to place the staircase in the house. A few things have to happen first. 1. The first floor hall and parlor and the second floor hall and bedroom need to be primed. 2. The staircase needs to be stained. This has me concerned because the staircase is made up of several different kinds of wood.

The Greenleaf Beacon Hill was the first house that I built from a quality kit. It is a large dollhouse, measuring approximately 32" W X 17" D x 40" H). It took months to put together the individual windows. (Years later, I discovered RGT (Real Good Toys) kits which had pre-constructed windows...what a breeze!)
