2017年3月26日 · The ejector may be getting hung up in its tunnel. Once the case is extracted, the spring loaded ejector starts pushing the empty case away from the bolt face. If your ejector is hung up, you're not getting this separation and the case stays with the bolt all the way to the rear. So, take the bolt apart and clean it out/test for ejector function.

If you're worried that the ejector is dragging on the bolt, use "poor man's Dyechem" (a Magic Marker) to color both surfaces of the ejector, then see if it gets scraped off. If it does, tweak in microns until you don't drag anymore.

I then reassembled the whole thing and my best time was 50 seconds and my worst time was 1 minute 15 seconds (cuz I dropped the cotter pin on the floor).

I then fired a bunch of new factory rounds (PPU 55 gr FMJBT / not their M193 clone) , and I found ejector marks on 2 out of 10. The rifle is a Windham 20" with Govt profile barrel 1/7. The PPU 55 stuff gives me around 3260 fps from this barrel.
