Or remove the radio, unplug everything from the back of it, and then plug it all back in. Sounds to me like your radio is jacked but it might be worth a try before buying another radio.

Hi Tracy. Most of the time when I see the phone and settings button no longer working, either the panel or the blue tooth module has failed. It's pretty common on 2013-2014 Accord and Civic. We can try a hard battery reset, but there's only a possiblilty that it will resolve afterwards.
