Judo is offered 3 days a week at our academy and is very fun and demanding. Jim is one of the best Judo coaches in Tennessee and strives on giving his students the best instruction possible. Students will learn the history of Judo and the proper Japanese saying for the techniques. Judo is primarily compromised of throws with some submissions.

Tri-Star Judo Team is the premier Judo team in Tennessee, with multiple national and international champions at all ages and skill levels. The program is run by Sensei Bruno Reagan and Sensei Mackel Reagan who are both the most successful competitors/coach respectively in the history of Tennessee.
