2008年9月27日 · The best are hard to come by. The willow cat or tadpole mad tom are not legal in Wisconsin, but still are ok in Minnesota. The bait shops here used to cary them, but no longer do. You can still get them south of here, but they are $1.00 each. I go down to Winona at times and bring them back.
