With the new portal, you can pay your bill using your checking or savings account, credit card, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Pay by Text, and more! Effective September 18, 2023, you will need to register for a new account. Once you have an online account, log in to pay your bill. Sign up for Auto Pay to make bill paying even easier.
Invoice Cloud - New Payment Portal | San Jose Water
San Jose Water has updated our customer portal in partnership with Invoice Cloud. All customers will need to register your account in the new payment portal. Your previous username and password will not work in this new portal. If you are a current auto-pay customer, your account will continue to be paid without any further action.
Potable/Drinking Water Rates | City of San José
All water bills include a quantity charge, a service charge, and 5% utility tax. The following charges apply to all customers. The quantity charge is based on how much water is used, in units of hundred cubic feet (HCF). One HCF is equivalent to 748 gallons of water.
