2019年10月11日 · oHud is an esm and mod configuration menu is an esp, so oHud has to be edited in FNVedit so that it can be loaded after mod configuration menu So Im trying to start a new playthrough after years of not playing and Project Nevada and oHud are essential mods for me. so after few reinstalls and trying things different I cant seem to get oHud to work.

2020年4月11日 · Thanks, I had a look there but can't see a solution as vanilla ui+ already wins conflicts against ohud but that isn't the issue. The ohud file seemingly causing the font change is hud_main_menu.xml but vanilla hud+ doesn't edit that file. Nothing else seems to be a problem but just that one font for xp numbers.

2017年3月9日 · This is silently installed if oHUD is detected and allows oHUD to work with JIP CC&C. This isn't really required by VUI+ and can work for plain vanilla users as well. It does not affect the operation of oHUD in any way, just allows JIP CC&C to insert its own code into the HUD. So, overwriting oHUD with VUI+ will actually improve oHUD.
[FNV] What order install MTUI, oHUD, DarNified UI, and UIO?
MTUI doesn't play well with oHud (and the mod configuration menu, for that matter). UIO first, then DarNified UI, then oHud. I've never used MTUI but my menus look exactly like this. You may want to lookup 'Fear and Loathing in New Vegas', it's a step project wiki that explains each steps to take to mod NV.

2020年7月14日 · After uninstalling and reinstalling some mods I finally managed to get project nevada, mcm and ohud to work together. The install order was PN, MCM, Ohud, UIO. The only problem is that now project nevada sprinting doesn't work. I read somewhere that this can be caused by a mod conflict (I already tried restarting the sprint script multiple times).

I did all of that in order, and when prompted I've forced oHud to come after and before Darnified & Project Nevada through multiple attempts at disabling, uninstalling, and removing and then redploying all the mods multiple times. Nothing seems to work, is it something to do with the dependencies perhaps?

2020年5月21日 · It worked fine back then, but when I tried loading the game with Project Nevada a week ago, a text box popped up while loading the game saying "something was wrong with my installation because the menu extension wasn't detected". I dug around some posts from 2017 that said I just needed oHUD and UIO. So, I tried those and they worked.

2021年9月23日 · So I set my settings in oHUD to be 2 seconds fade away on everything but the compass, but it isn't working. I show my settings from MCM in the video. Most of my hud should be gone after two seconds. When you see my HUD disappearing in the video, that isn't the 2-second clock. That's me pressing the activation key set in the MCM section for the mod.

2021年4月24日 · If you want those UI elements with VU+ use oHUD along with it as I'm pretty sure oHUD allows for those extra HUD elements. At the end of the day it's down to your own personal preference, I prefer VUI+ myself as I just find it cleaner and easier to read, plus it is more consistent with mods that add new UI features I find.
