2021年5月24日 · Haha, the answer is who fucking knows, because in some stories says that 05-13 is someone ( but probably is more a something) that seems to pop out of nowhere when the 05 are in need of a tie breaker, in others is a "normal" always there 05,in others it doesn't exist.

2020年12月1日 · I've gathered that O5-13 is an auxiliary O5. I think of it like this, O5-1 through O5-12 have all of their oversight duties, and manage their own areas. O5-13 likely would manage all of the minor things for the other Council members, as well as being a tie breaking vote. Kind of like a Council member in training.

2019年1月8日 · SCP-001 is the entity known as O5-13. The exact nature of SCP-001 is not yet known. The word choice here is very tactical. SCP-001 isn’t O5-13 himself, it’s the entity assigned the designation O5-13. Evidently, the writers of the file are unconvinced that SCP-001 is human.

It has been at least a year since i finished the Ouroboros cycle, so my memory ain't that clear. But i do remember that the operative became O5-1 again, because the Foundation is a constant that is impossible to destroy. Then the cycle repeats, in fact the O5-1 that the CI guy killed was the previous CI guy.

2021年1月7日 · Each O5 has a designation, O5-1 to O5-13. O5 Council members are very important, so they need security, right? Of course. Mobile Task Force Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand" serves as the "Sword and Shield of the O5 Council". A-1 is constructed of the SCP Foundation's most skilled, loyal, and disciplined operatives to make sure, that the O5 Command is safe.

The 05 of the top are supposedly members of 13 different organisations that studied the anomalous that fused into the Foundation after the Fifth Occult War (for more information go to the Wrong Proposal of SCP-001) this would make them the first of the 05s, but if this were true it would clash with the canon of the ones in the middle.
