2011年4月10日 · Must be done right or you are asking to blow up the motor. Search site for turbo's folks have done it and you need to follow someone who has done one and do not skip any steps. Just my 2 cents i had twin turbo Z and all the guys with non turbo Z wanted to just add on the parts but it is not that simple if you want it to be reliable.

2002年11月25日 · Adding a turbo creates more heat inside the motor and more heat under the hood. So a good cooling system is a must have. The factory system will work fine for a low boost setup. Just make sure you keep an eye on things. Overheating a turbo motor will lead to detonation and can wreak havoc on every system in the car.

2008年3月30日 · NismoPU is right. BUT if you want to do a straight swap there has been some success from grabbing the VG30DET engine (3.0L Single Turbo) from a late 80's early 90's era Nissan 300. Stay away from the twin turbo VG30DETT units as your hardbody has ZERO room for the wide intake manifold.

2008年2月11日 · The other usual housing option is a .63 AR. The bigger the number the more exhaust flow you'll have, but the turbo lag increases. Since your only planning on low boost, you'll want to select a turbo that has the least amount of lag. Turbo sizing seems complex, but we've pretty much been there done that with all of the various options.
