We have created this Agreement along with the associated links, schedules, and disclosures to assist you in understanding your rights and responsibilities concerning your new Account, as well as to inform you of what you can expect from Milli Bank in connection with your Account.
Please note: Milli, FNBO Direct, and First National Bank of Omaha are the same FDIC-insured institution. Deposits held under each trade name are not separately insured but are combined to determine whether the depositor has exceeded the $250,000 federal deposit insurance limit.
“Account”, “Bank Account”, “Customer Account”, “Milli Account” means any consumer deposit account (e.g., Spending account, Savings Account, or Jar) opened by an individual with Milli Bank.
