2005年5月30日 · Most people will tell you that the MX-17 is just a cast version of the MX-23 but it isn’t. The MX-17 is definitely more of a game improvement style iron than the 23. The 17 has an extremely low center of gravity, the lowest of any Mizuno club ever built, a lot of offset, big sweetspot, and a wide sole and topline.

2006年4月3日 · The MX-17 is cast and MX-23 is forged. If you are going to go Mizuno, go all in and get forged. The MX-23's are plenty forgiving, just not ultra forgiving like the 17's. 2022年8月31日 · I use 20 years old irons, TM LCG on BubbleShaft and they work great, pretty sure the MX17 would do the job pretty well. I play Mizuno MX20s from the early 2000s and they are fantastic. The MX-17s look from googling like maybe a year or two newer stylistically and a bit more game-improvement (cast rather than forged etc...)
