The Lincoln MKX will feature a 3.5L DOHC V6 Duratec engine with a joint venture Ford/GM 6 speed automatic powering this FWD/AWD vehicle. Dealer says the motor is not bad, and the issue is otherwise not under warranty, so the cost is $1,000.00 to fix. we are in Florida, and I am thinking (or, better put, "Hoping") there must be a mechanic that repairs these for a much more reasonable price ...

2021年3月2日 · I have a 2017 MKX. The driver's seat heater stopped working last year. Was fixed under warranty and took them a couple days to fix. They had to deconstruct the whole seat to resolve and their first fix attempt didn't work. Can't remember what the actual problem ended up being but sounded like quite a job. _____

The MKX stereo controls also recognize and let you use those controls to navigate files, select programs, and/or control sound from the programs. My wife just loves it, because it allows her to listen to her favorite programs any time she gets in the MKX (rather than having to wait until a scheduled broadcast time over the radio).

While both are touch-screen, the MKX nav has an incredible number of options and is super-easy to use. Sometimes it's the little things that matter -- for example, if I ignore a turn suggestion, it fairly soon thereafter stops nagging me to turn at the next opportunity and will instead recalculate the route, which is what I want.
