The BMW 750iL was Bond's provided vehicle for the 18th James Bond feature film Tomorrow Never Dies (1997). Used during sequences set in Germany, the car came equipped with a security system that sprayed tear gas and delivered electric shocks to intruders.

James Bond, the renowned British spy, did drive some Bimmers during Pierce Brosnan’s time playing the role in the 1990s and the early 2000s. The first time James Bond rode in a Bavarian was in GoldenEye, which is also perhaps Brosnan’s best Bond movie.
