gt1型燃气轮机车，后称为gt1h型燃气轮机车，是俄罗斯铁路一种试验性质的燃气轮机车。gt1型燃气轮机车的燃气轮机以液化天然气为燃料，带动交流牵引发电机，后者所产生的电流经整流后，供给到直流牵引电动机。

In 2012, the helper diesel engine used for shunting operations was replaced with an accumulator, and the locomotive was renamed to GT1h (where 'h' stands for hybrid). The GT1h-001 remained a prototype and never went into production.

GT1h gas turbine locomotive with electric transmission is designed for operation on non-electrified sections of public railways in the regions of Siberia and the Far North for driving freight trains of increased length and weight. GT1h consists of two sections equipped with control cabins.

2017年2月10日 · The GT1h-002 main gas turbine locomotive, which runs on liquefied natural gas (LNG), will begin regular operation on the Egorshino–Alapayevsk–Serov-Sortirovochny route. Trials will now be carried out on a non-electrified test route north of the Sverdlovsk mainline, where there are plans to start operating such vehicles.

2023年5月16日 · The advantages of a gas turbine engine when operating on railway transport in general and in the conditions of the North in particular are shown. A project of a hybrid gas turbine locomotive with a booster section of power storage units GT1h "Pavlovich" is presented.

2007年，原配属于十月铁路局沃尔霍夫机务段的vl15-008号机车被送往vtrz，并在那里改装nk-361型燃气轮机，改造为gt1h-001号机车。而ltz亦于2013年8月制造了gt1h-002号机车。

2017年2月13日 · An innovative locomotive that runs on liquefied natural gas (LNG)-the GT1h-002 main gas turbine-has arrived to Sverdlovsk railways for regular operation. After the necessary maintenance and refueling, it will start driving trains, including those with increased weight and length, on the Egorshino-Alapayevsk-Serov-Sortirovochny route.
