The Frederick County Association of REALTORS® (FCAR) exists to equip our members with the latest industry knowledge, resources, and training to ensure that your real estate experience is a success. We are the real estate voice of Frederick County, equipping and advocating for homeowners, REALTORS®, and our Strategic Partner members.

Affiliate members of FCAR encompass a wide variety of services and specialties. Our affiliates work hand in hand with REALTORS® to serve the real estate needs in Frederick County. Much of the ‘behind-the-scenes’ efforts are made possible not only by our REALTOR® members but also by our Affiliates.

12 小时之前 · The FCAR Trade Show is a free annual event that brings together REALTOR® and Strategic Partner members to network, meet vendors, and find services that may benefit their businesses, all while socializing and having fun.

All FCAR members are encouraged to attend (and non-members are welcome, too). Continuing Education classes - FCAR offers the continuing education classes agents need for Maryland real estate license renewal. The classes are taught by industry professionals and are offered for a low cost to members.

FCAR is short for the Frederick County Association of REALTORS®. It is a local association made up of REALTOR® Members and Affiliate Members in Frederick County, Maryland.

FCAR is committed to our community and we strive to promote the role of REALTORS® to the public. Our members work with legislators to be involved in the political process and protecting property rights.
