2024年11月7日 · I have provided a link below, showing how a user attempt to connect a Bluetooth keyboard when he 1st power up the M4 mini without a wired keyboard, which i am in the same situation. There should be an instruction to inform m4 mini users, how to properly pair the Bluetooth devices at startup, or , have a prerequsit of having a usb-C keyboard/mouse.

2025年1月16日 · I have a new Mac Mini M4 that I am using with a MacCally wired mechanical keyboard and wired mouse, whenever the system goes to sleep, it loses connection to the keyboard and mouse. To get it to come out of sleep mode, I have to unplug the keyboard and mouse and plug them back in to get the computer to respond to input so I can get it to wake up.

2023年4月27日 · USBA keyboard not connecting to MacBook Pro I have a wired USBA Apple Keyboard w/ numeric keypad (no bluetooth). I use an Apple USBA to USBC dongle to connect to the keyboard to the Apple Studio display and my 16" 2019 MBP is also connected to the Studio display, with the Apple thunderbolt cable that came with the display.

2023年5月26日 · Correct. You need a wired keyboard to set up the wireless one. I do not have a wired keyboard. I do have a MacBook Pro which has a keyboard however. Is there any possibility of using that to set up the MaMini? No. This should be interesting to see if I can get it to work without trying to find a keyboard with a proper wired connection.

2020年3月29日 · My 2015 MacBook Pro no longer recognizes my Apple Wired USB Extended Keyboard after upgrading to Catalina 10.15.4. But the weird (and maddening) thing is that if I plug a USB hub into my MacBook and then plug the keyboard into the hub, it works.

2020年12月6日 · My old wired apple extended keyboard worked fine on Mac Mini M1, but after update to macos 11.1 it stopped working. So now I am using a $10.- chinese keyboard, that works fine. My Logitech Master S2 wireless mouse has never worked on the M1.

2024年7月8日 · I also have an old Apple wired keyboard (with 2 extra USB port, as this keyboard can support low wattage peripheral, like mouse) -- via adapter to the USB-C/Thunderbolt: I can achieve with 2 Thunderbolt/USB-C connection. However, I would need to connect the Magsafe power for the clamshell mode. Setup 2: (Home, mainly for Mac Minis)
