If you follow the game’s story, you’ll reach it with Skizzo, looking for some dynamite. The collectable is found on a blue barrel with a dead Nero scientist in front of it.

It begins within the “Chasing Leon” storyline (Out of Nowhere mission) after you locate the stash in the cemetery.

You’ll find it in the western MMU Building; however, this is a very dangerous zone. Make sure you follow our guide and disable all MMU Speakers because a large Horde is also found at this location.
