2011年8月7日 · Softail allegedly the new girls bike. Well the cool thing about a Street Glide is, now everyone has one. So you're all in a club of unoriginal people. Heck, Honda even built one to go along with the Victory Street Glide. The previous owner of my Deluxe bought a brand new Vivid Black 2012 Street Glide. I had the opportunity to ride it once.

2009年7月7日 · Deluxe I had an 09 Deluxe in Black and White. The bike is absolutely wonderful looking. I had many compliments while riding. I put V&H Long Shot exhaust on which made it sound amazing. After 2500 miles I felt I needed to trade up for a street glide since I wanted to tour the states. I was looking for something with a tach, radio, and bags.

2009年8月2日 · The reason the Softail isn't as "comfortable" as the Road King is due to the RK has 2, large outboard, rear shocks, (Air ride no less) where the Softail has 2, small shocks, under the bike that have very limited travel, and a completely different leverage angle.

2010年11月7日 · I plan to buy a Deluxe next spring. Although the stock seat height seems fine, at 5'-10-1/2" (average proportioned), the seat/handlebar configuration is too cramped for me. Recently at a local dealer, the rep swapped a stock seat from a Heritage and it moved me back enough to be a fair bit better, almost ok, but I think I'd like a bit more room.

2009年6月28日 · I had a 08 deluxe with the 96 and 6 speed. I still own a 05 softail standard with the 88 and the 5 speed. For me i feel the 5 speed and the 88 is a better combo, I also own a 09 street glide that i wish had the 5 speed

2022年7月3日 · I recently got a 2018 Softail Deluxe and discovered that there are two issues that I would like help with. 1. Getting the bike into Neutral is very difficult and if the bike is overheated,damn near impossible till it cools down.

2010年3月28日 · I had the same tough choice: I was torn between an 08 anniversary edition (copper and black) Fat Boy and an 08 (black) Softail Deluxe. I finally decided for the retro look of the Deluxe. But it was close. I'm sure I would have been happy with the Fat Boy too.
