2020年10月11日 · The original one is known to not have switch reliability problems like G502 Hero does. Mine is also still working perfectly. I dread the moment when I need to replace it, since the current version has a lot of reliability problems.

2022年1月10日 · Never had connection issues but my first G502 Hero SE left click stopped working after 10 months of medium use. Logitech replaced it but didn't have the SE so sent me an all black one which now the right click stopped working after 2 years. It's an awesome mouse so I'm giving the G502 X one last shot.

2019年6月15日 · In theory, we should have been able to get to a sub-110 gram wired G502 Hero variant here. None of this complaining takes anything away from the existing G502 Hero, it is a great mouse, but to me it will always represent corporate sales maneuvering/planned obsolescence and a wasted opportunity for something better. Bang for $70 Bucks: C+

2022年9月19日 · I also have two G502s, one of them is about 4 years old, and I use it on my desktop and it works perfectly. The other one is a G502 Hero and its basically brand new, but it feels off. I have the same settings in logitech G hub, use the same mousepad etc. and it feels like a small amount of mouse acceleration or some kind of delay is present.

2020年7月19日 · The side buttons feel really chintzy and i cant adjust the weight like with the g502. Who knows though, maybe despite the feel it will hold up for longer. When my g402 sh1ts the bed I'm going to switch up brands as well, nothing against logitech i just like trying different stuff and i've been using logitech for long enough now

2020年9月2日 · I've had the G502 Hero mouse for more than a year now, and everything was fun and games until my mouse began randomly double-clicking when I wanted to only click once. After two months of this issue, Logitech released an update for GHub that came with a firmware update for the G502. After updating GHub, my mouse has been working perfectly fine.
