Each of these cars featured a unique engine, with the B7 and B9 recieving mid-life upgrades, these updated cars are known as the B7 Turbo/1, and the B9 3.5/1.

1987 BMW 5 Series 520i E28 Alpina Recreation The Alpina B2. 8 was a UK only model which debuted in October 1983, brought to market by Sytner BMW. Around 20 cars were built of which it is estimated only 10 remain. This particular car is a very accurate recreation and tribute to the original cars. Built with particular attention to detail.

Alpina model 5-Series E28 belongs to mid-size luxury / executive car class. Represents the "E (executive cars)" market segment. The car was offered with 4-door sedan body shapes between the years 1981 and 1988. Cars were equipped with engines of 3430 cc (209.3 cui) displacement, delivering 180 - 235 kW (245 - 320 PS, 241 - 315 hp) of power.
