This is a hostile tactic by Microsoft. A tactic that will not get me to switch to the Bing app, but will make me switch to DuckDuckGo or Google.

For about the last two weeks or so now, EVERY time I open the Bing home page, I am prompted to download the Bing Wallpaper App. Doesn't matter whether I click the "Maybe Later" or just the "X", it ALWAYS comes back.
