Personally for me the quickest for ranged apart for nmz is using chinchompas in ape atoll monkeys. Just tele tab there and use greegree for disguise. For mage, ice bursting temple spiders in forthos dungeon, great herb loot and fast exp.. once they stop aggroing you just go up and down the ladder you've just came from.. same as the apes only ...
