2020年8月31日 · It might work rgiht there. If it does not, do the same process but this time wacom and keep switching back and forward. Then restart the laptop. Your touchscreen initially before logging in might be working now. Mine's works for a little bit like this but then fails. This is my temporary fix but not permitted. Need further investigating.

2016年2月10日 · The touch screen used to be working but now it does not work anymore. No response when I touch the screen. It started with one day, there is a perpetual phantom touch on the screen even though nothing is touching on the touch screen at that time. I rebooted the laptop and from then on the touch screen is no longer working.

2024年12月28日 · I just updated to the latest Windows 11 version few hours ago. I'm not sure if the touchscreen is no longer working before the update or just after the update. I tried all the troubleshooting I found online and on different forums, but no luck. When I check the device manager, HID-compliant touch screen is not showing too.
